Standard shipping

We offer fast and free shipping both ways.

Here’s how long delivery usually takes after your order has been produced and handed to the carrier (production times are listed on each product page):

• U.S. orders: 2–3 business days

• Europe: 2–3 business days

• Canada: 3–4 business days

• Australia & rest of the world: 4–5 business days

Change of address

If you need to change the delivery address for your purchase, please make sure to let us know as soon as possible at hello@soliedo.com Please note that we cannot make any changes, once your package is shipped.

Damage/Lost Package

We carefully inspect every product before it leaves us, but sometimes issues can happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the damage, or note that the item was lost.
   
   

2. Email us at hello@soliedo.com with the details and photos.

We’ll then step in right away to help make it right.
