Return & Refund Policy

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after placing an order. That’s why we accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchase. If you cancel within this window, you’ll receive a full refund.

If you request a cancellation after 48 hours but before the order has shipped, we can still help, but because production has already begun, we refund 70% of the order value.

Since each product is custom-made to your specifications, we unfortunately can’t cancel once production is finished or once the item has shipped. At that point, returns and refunds aren’t possible.


Modifications

Accidentally chose the wrong size, color, lining or finish? Don’t worry. It happens! 

If you notice a mistake, please contact us at hello@soliedo.com within 48 hours of placing your order. We can make adjustments at no extra cost during this timeframe.

If your changes do affect the price of the item, we’ll either issue you a partial refund or send you an updated invoice.

Because our products are all made to order, we can only guarantee modifications within the 48-hour window. After that, your order is already in production and can’t be changed.


Returns 

Custom Items

Our products are handcrafted and customized based on your preferences, which makes them unique and not suitable for resale. For this reason, we don’t accept returns unless there’s a quality issue or an error on our part.

If your item arrives with a mistake, such as the wrong size, color or a clear quality problem, please contact us within 30 days. We’ll remake or repair the product at no cost to you, and we’ll also cover the shipping fees.

If the issue is due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we’ll still try to help. In those cases, we can offer a modification solution, but the shipping and alteration costs would be the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that the following situations do not qualify as reasons for return:

  • Misunderstood the image of the product.

  • Items do not fit properly but were made accurately.

  • Drapes are too heavy.

  • Not the color you wanted. (We always recommend free swatches to confirm.)

  • Change of mind / No longer wants it.

  • The size is slightly off but within the industry tolerance of ±1%.

  • The order came later than expected.

  • The item was ordered by mistake.

  • Slight variations in fabric dye lots.

Non-Custom Items

For items that aren’t custom-made, we encourage you to order free fabric swatches before purchasing. This helps you confirm the color and texture, since fabrics can appear different on a screen than they do in person.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return (if approved), we’ll send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, we’ll process your refund, and the credit will automatically go back to your original payment method within a few business days (the exact timing depends on your bank or credit card provider).

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received a refund, please:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).

  3. Contact your bank as processing times may vary.
